Re: movement generator

       Please see chapter XI.2 of the ns-tutorial available at
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/tutorial/index.html on how to build the
revised setdest. The README file is outdated. I'll be updating it right
away to match the tutorial.
