It is possible to measure the real bit rate?
Hello,
I have the follows problem:
I should measure the momentary bit rate of the flow at the arrival of
the packet.
May be it is very simple question, however I didn't find the answer in
documentation.
May be you know how I can solve this problem. Thank you.
