New agents (www & ftp) for ns-2.

I�ve just added the 

	WWWClientAgent
	WWWServerAgent
	FTPClientAgent
	FTPServerAgent ,

in the ns-2.1b5. Original codes were provided by Kedar and Kathie
(source files wwws.cc, wwwc.cc, ftps.cc, ftpc.cc, www.h and ftp.h).

I�ve made some changes/inclusions in tcp-full class and included
a sample tcl-script in my package (my modest "daily snapshot") :-)

Instalation procedures were not documented, but it�s quite simple.
Please, send me a message if you�ve problems.

I�d like to know to whom could I send it, to be included in next oficial
daily snapshot, if desired.
