problems with wireless ns

Hi!
I am facing some problems with wireless ns. I have installed the latest
version of wireless ns on my Linux box running Redhat 6.1. I have also
installed the correct versions of all the relevent packages
(tcl,tclcl,tk,otcl...). ns successfully generated a .nam file, but
running nam with the .nam file didn't work as expected.
I was trying a simple LAN architecture, but the same packet kept on
being transmitted on the LAN. I tried this both with Mac/802_3 and
Mac/Csma/Cd. The same tcl file when run using the wired version of ns
gave a correctly working .nam file.
I even tried it on IRIX64. didn't work on that either.
can someone help me out
