Re: noting ns TCP tutorial prototype.


Actually I didn't want to announce it so soon ---it is not finished
yet. In any case, your comments are welcome.

This was set basically to show part of the results of a survey of
Computer Network Simulators. 

It is my opinion that ns would cover more than 60% of the syllabus for the
laboratories on Computer Networks in the Chalmers University of
Technology, that using JaVis we can integrate the laboratories in a
web-based environment and that the tcl scripts can be set so that the 
environment can be close to zero-time to learn for the students.
