ns Manual

Hi all,
       The ns notes and documentation has been updated to include a
section called "commands at a glance" at the end of every chapter. This is
an effort to merge (outdated) manual pages into nsN&D. Also note that 
nsN&D has been renamed as ns Manual. The URL from where ns Manual (both
post-script and HTML formats) is available remains the same as nsN&D
and is given below:
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-documentation.html
