A few questions on Ns

Dear Sir,
    In the 
URL(http://mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-win32-build.html) 
page,it say the required components to compile Ns2 on 
windows95 are:tcl-8.05,tk-8.0.5.ns-2.1b6-current,but at 
the ftp://mash.cs.berkeley.edu/dist there are only the 
low version of above components such as 
tcl8.0.4,tk-8.0.4,ns-2.1b5.I don't whether the low 
versions will be ok for installation or not.If it's  not 
ok then where can I find the high version mentioned?
