I added a new application and a new agent into the ns package. But I got the following error message after I ran a simple script: [root@repco step1]# Cannot connect to existing nam instance. Starting a new one... nam: error reading last line of `out.nam'. Do you have any idea about what is possible the problem? Thanks a lot Ming
