searching mash for ns information

The mash htdig service has been running without allowing access to
the first ten search results (header and footer, with links to
subsequent results pages, are not generated.)
So, I've hacked up these forms to allow access to more than the first
ten results. I'd suggest putting a page selection menu in the existing
htdig service as a stopgap.
