looking into packet headrers, please

hi.  I'm trying to modify the loss monitor to watch different multicast
streams, but have a problem.  in order to do this, it must look into the
header o figure out the destination of the packet.  I am having an
EXTREMELY hard time figuring out how to do this, as I cant even find in
the code how a packet is dropped onto the network using a CBR attached to
a UDP agent.  can someone please give me a hint?
