allinone2.1b6: Small problem + solution with gt-itm/src/Makefile

Hi!

The 'gt-itm/src/Makefile' has an additional Tab character in line
59, which causes make  (v 3.77) to skip compiling 'gt-itm/src/eval.c'.

Deleting this tab character fixes the problem for me. 

Everything else in ns-allinone-2.1b6 compiles fine.
