Trouble with Topology Generators

I have been trying to get both GT-ITM and Tiers to work on Solaris 7 on
Intel.

GT-ITM gives the following error :

/usr/local/bin/gcc -I../include -L../lib -DSYSV -o ../bin/itm itm.o geog.o
ts.o dfs.o -lm -lgb5
Undefined                       first referenced
symbol                             in file
gb_recycle                          itm.o
save_graph                          itm.o
gb_nugraph                          geog.o
gb_save_string                      geog.o
gb_flip_cycle                       geog.o
gb_nuedge                           geog.o
gb_trouble_code                     itm.o
gb_fptr                             geog.o
gb_init_rand                        itm.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to ../bin/itm
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `itm'

And tiers1.0 gives :

[... lots of similar errors followed by....]
ld: fatal: symbol `outputdir' is multiply defined:
        (file tiers.o and file tiers_red_inter.o);
ld: fatal: symbol `ModelId' is multiply defined:
        (file tiers.o and file tiers_red_inter.o);
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to ./tiers
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all'

Anyone know what is wrong and if I can fix it ? Failing that, is there any
topology generators that work on FreeBSD ?

Thanks,

Mark
