Building nam-1.0a7 on Win NT

Has anyone managed to successfully build the current version of nam
(1.0a7) on WinNT/98?  I have successfully compiled nam on Win NT with
Tk/Tcl 8.0.4, but when I run the executable, I get the following error:

nam: invalid command name "tcl_findLibrary"

I've checked to make sure that my init.tcl is in my path (e.g. I can
successfully run tclsh80).  I had previously successfully compiled and
run ns on the same Win NT platform with Tk/Tcl 8.0.4 and I see no
significant differences between the makefile.vc and makefile.win files
from the ns build and the nam build!

This problem doesn't appear to be specific to NT, because I ran into the
same problem on another PC running Win 95.

Any clues would be most appreciated. Thx...
