how about a web forum?

To ns-users mail list administrator and all:

Do you think it would be better idea to replace this
mail list with a web discussion forum that we can
post, reply messages etc? Right now everyone is
receiving 20+ messages that is not necessarily of
personal interest, and as the mail is deleted,
everything is off the record, while a simple web forum
could solve all that. 

Anyone can help on this? Thanks.
