Set an Event in scheduler that set the blocked_ variable in a queue

Hi to all ...
I don't know like set, in NS-2 simulator, an event that when i send a packet and arrived to other node ... and after the reciver node ready to recive a new packet (Link is free) if i have a particulary packet into the queue i want blocked the queue for T seconds because this packet don't send to next node but it's necessary wait T seconds where don't send nothing across this link and discard this packet from the queue and send the next packet (if there isn't a discard packet else repeat the procedure to waiting T seconds) .....

Queue node1 ------ node2

if in queue node1 there is a particulary packet then i want blocked the queue and set in the NS-scheduler an event that after T seconds call a procedure to set BLOCKED = 0...

Somebody know like insert a new event like a call to a variable (BLOCKED_) to set 0.

if somebody can send me a simple example ... it's good ...

Thanks in advanced
