PIM-SM questions ..

 Hi

  I have few questions in PIM-SM operations

  1. When & who initiates the BSR election ?
     ( Does a Designated Router(DR) initiates this, when
      there are no RP_Set known for its domain ?? )
 
  2. How does C_RP's get to know of BSR ?
     ( only possible method is to wait for periodic bootstrap 
       message from BSR elected. is there any other way ?? )
