ns installation of HP-UX?

Any help for this problem will be appreciated.

I tried to install NS on an HP-UX 10.20 machine.
After running the install program, the following is the
error message I receivd:

Installing doc/Hash.3
Installing doc/IntObj.3
Installing doc/Interp.3
Installing doc/LinkVar.3
Installing doc/ListObj.3
Installing doc/Notifier.3
sh[5]: /home/farid/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tclbox/man/man3/Notifier.3: Cannot
create
the specified file.
chmod: can't access
/home/farid/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tclbox/man/man3/Notifier.3
*** Error exit code 1

Stop.
tcl8.0.4 installation failed! Exiting ...
