This is a student of Dept. EE.,Wuhan University China. We have succeeded
compling the NS 2.1b for Windows NT. But it's so pity we don't know how
to start to use it. Would you please tell us how to use it or give us
some suggestions about NS's using Guide documents?
Which web site we  could download the using guide documents?
