Hello,

I am a beginner at NS. I need to do an assignment to simulate different
flavors of tcp to compare their performance to TCP Reno. I need to modify
the tcp congestion window for this purpose.

Can u tell me where to start.
Do i need to program for this purpose.
Do i need to use C++ and tcl/tk?
