RSVP Ns implementation + Classifier

Dear All

1. I would like to know if there is someone who have implemented RSVP in
   NS and if his work is available. 
2. I would like to write a classifier which should collect its
forwarding information from a data base of labels. I have written a
program to populate the Label database using a compute_routes like program 
(see route.cc). My program is called compute_labels.I would like to know
how I could have my classifier use this database instead of the usual
Forwarding table used in NS.
