[ns] problem installing ns-allinone-2.1b3

I am using Solaris 2.6 
I get get the following errors in ./install trying to install ns2 -(3)
allinone package.
 
loading cache ./config.cache
checking for ranlib... (cached) :
checking for gcc... (cached) gcc
checking whether we are using GNU C... (cached) yes
checking whether gcc accepts -g... (cached) yes
checking whether cross-compiling... (cached) yes
checking for getcwd... (cached) no
..
checking how to run the C preprocessor... (cached) gcc -E
checking for errno.h... (cached) no
..
creating tclConfig.sh

then cc is running and doesn't stop
I also get messages like : word too long
