[ns] Erratic (behavior of) example

Hi,
I'm new to NS and am have built NS on WinNT 4.0 (sp6)

On trying Marc Greiss' tutorial example1a.tcl went 
off fine but example1b.tcl gave the following output. 
Similar problems exist on trying other more complicated 
examples.
Any hints ? (Possibly there might've been something 
I didn't do correctly while building ns2)
