Yeop, this is really too bad.
In fact, when you try to compile ns-2.1b2 (I found one
at http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/CHANGES.html),
it will look for otcl0.94 which cannot be found
anywhere. I am still working on it to try to make it
through.
