[ns] error running ns-wireless2.tcl and wireless3.tcl

I succesfully can run Mark Greis's wireless1.tcl on solaris. However 
when I attemp to run the other two scripts wirless2 & wireless3 - I 
get the following message. I am using ns-allinone-2.1b6

/ns-2.1b6/tcl/ex% ns wireless3.tcl
