[ns] Non-Work-Conserving Service Discipline in ns

Hi

Could someone tell me if there is any implementation of a
non-work-conserving service discipline in ns ?
I mean, a service discipline like those presented in Hui Zhang's paper
"Service Discipline For Guaranteed Performance Service in Packet-Switching
Networks". For example: Jitter-Earliest-Due-Date, Stop-and-Go,
Hierarchical Round Robin and Rate-Controlled Static Priority.
