[ns] Otcl problem

Hi !!
 While installing otcl , when I ran the make command,  I
got the following message :

/usr/local/bin/gcc -c -g -O2 -DNDEBUG -DUSE_SHM -K pic -I.  -I/users/nadeem/ns/tk8.0.4/generic -I/users/nadeem/ns/tcl8.0.4/generic  -I/usr/openwin/include  -I/include otcl.c
gcc: pic: No such file or directory
gcc: unrecognized option `-K'
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `libotcl.so'

     I've already installed tcl/tk successfully.  Can anybody help me ??
