[ns] Help: how do I have to use the patches?
Hi to all!
I'm a new user of NS and, moreover, I'm not
so expert in using Linux.
So, I ask you a small aid. For example, I have to apply a patch like this (taken from NS bug fixes web
page):

What does it mean "apply this patch" ? What do I have to
do?
