Re: [ns] WTP Agent!
Hi all,
I would like to know whether the notion WTP here refers to as the
"Waiting-Time Priority" scheduler, which is defined in the paper
"Proportional Differentiated Services ..." of Constantinos Dovrolis in
SIGCOMM '99.
