attached is a simple tcl script which might be of
use. also, just to
clarify, the RIO code i made available to the contribs
list is simply
a
portation (to an interim release of ns2-1b6). the original
version
was
authored by wenjia fang at MIT and subsequently ported to
ns2-1b4 by yun wang. the canonical reference for
this code is
the
paper "explicit allocation of best effort packet delivery
service"
by
clark and fang (nov97).
