[ns] deleting and creating links in NAM at a time > 0

Hi, I have the following question:

can the following be displayed in NAM:

topology: 3 nodes connected to each other

at t=0.0 : a link between node1 and node2
at t=1.0: remove the link between node1 and node2
at t=1.0 : create a link between node2 and node3

I am not referring to the creation of the link between node1 and node2
AND the creation of the link between node2 and node3 at t=0 (such as is
being done for the mobile IP test-cases) and the use of dynamic links
(i,e at t=1 the link between node1 and node2 goes DOWN and the link
between node2 and node3 goes UP)

I am able to write the correct lines (i.e. l -t * ..... or l -t 1.0 ....
) w.r.t the procedures involved at t=1.0 to the NAM trace file. However,
NAM only seems to interpret these lines when they are located in the
beginning of the trace file (before Packet event occur).

I am using ns-2.1b5
