Hi,

The original release of NS 2.1b6 has no support for Diffserv, you need the path
from Sean Murphys. Download the patch, untar it to the clean distribution of NS
2.1b6 ... then do a normal config and make ....

The patch will insert some Diffserv files and it has a makefile as well.
