[ns] ns-allinone does not install on Solaris 7

Hi users!

I have a strange problem. The tcl version included in ns-allinone2.1b6 
does not compile...I have the following output:

checking for gettimeofday declaration... missing

while cross compiling
tcl8.0.4 configuration failed! Exiting ...

to see if they have a fix for your platform.

the strange thing is I already have a tcl version installed and it 
compiled well....WHY?


So the next question is: can I use another version (later?) of tcl/tk? 
which one is recommended?
