[ns] Integration of MPLS and diffserv patches
Hi,
I integrated my diffserv patch with the MNS MPLS patch. The result is the
diffserv/MPLS patch, which has basic diffserv support and reasonable MPLS
support, although it doesn't do cool things like CR-LSP.
