[ns] Stopping TCP connections

Dear All,
	Hi,

Could anyone tell me how to stop all the existing TCP connetions "through
a particular link of a network"  as soon as an overflow occurs at the link
buffer, without affecting the connetions not using that link. I also want
to take same action whenever a TCP connection using a particular link
finishes its data transfer.
