[ns] TBF and Scheduler: UID not valid!

Hi,
I'm attempting to use the Token Bucket Filter in a simulation, and am
getting this error:
Scheduler: UID not valid!

I understand that this error means that an event has been sent to be 
scheduled a second time when it is already in the scheduler's event queue.

I am, however, unable to explain the error:

1. I do no rescheduling/scheduling of events in my code; the TBF
however, does do some rescheduling.
2. The event that causes the error is NOT one scheduled by the TBF.

3. There appears to be some correlation between the TBF parameters and the
occurrence of the error. When the TBF rate and bucket depth are high, the
error appears.
4. The same error occurs when I incorporate a TBF into a standard link
(with none of my code in the picture).

Has anyone any idea what the problem might be? Am I doing something wrong?
