[ns] Help! -- how to install tcl-debug?

Hi all,

I'm trying to install tcl-debug in ns-2. This is what I have done so far:
 - put the source code in directory ~/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tcl-debug-1.9,
   which is parallel to the ns-2 directory ~/ns-allinone-2.1b6/ns-2.1b6
 - ran ./configure and make in ~/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tcl-debug-1.9 to
   install the tcl-debug
 - ran ./configure in ~/ns-allinone-2.1b6/ns-2.1b6 with '--enable-debug'
   and '--with-tcldebug' options
 - ran 'make' in ~/ns-allinone-2.1b6/ns-2.1b6 to recompile

The above process was ok. Then I ran a test tcl file with 'debug 1' in
it, and got an error message: "warning: Script debugging disabled.
Reconfigure with --with-tcldebug, and recompile." 

What is wrong?
