[ns] trace in wireless simulation

Besides the trace file, is there any other way to monitor a wireless BS or
node? like the queue monitor?

set sndT [cmu-trace Send "RTR" $self]
but I can not understand it, what is RTR? and how can I set it to trace
one node?

And how can I monitor the buffer of basestation?
