[ns] A QUEUE IN A NODE?

Hi ns-users!!

I'd like to know if I can have a BS that will be able to:

	* to forward TCP packets which are send from another node to a
mobile station which is in his coverage range (no problem).

	* to save, at the same time, these TCP packets (only a part) in
order to retransmit the packets not acked by a MS to another. (this is my
question)

I think I have to put a queue inside a BS node... is it true? Where I have
to put this queue? How I can do to save the packets in a queue at the same
time that they have to be forwarded to MS?

This serves me because I'm trying to implement the mobility management of
UMTS. Therefore I have to implement the SRNS Relocation Procedure on which a
BS have to be able to send packets not acked by the MS(because it's going to
enter within the coverage range of another BS) to the BS which is covering
now the MS.

Thanks in advance.
