Hi,

I remembered that the rtt value I got when using ns2.1b5 is resonable. But
after updating to 2.1b6, I found that no matter how I configure the link
delay, say  20ms, 30ms, etc. what I got is always 1 or 2 S. (I have
configured tcp_tick_ to 0.001). Does anyone know why or have the same
suffer?
