[ns] ns mailing lists now hosted at ISI

The ns-related mailing lists (ns-users and ns-announce) are now hosted
as ISI instead of MASH.  If you get this message, then you used to be
subscribed to these lists at mash.cs.berkeley.edu and you are now
subscribed to them at isi.edu.

Moving this list means:

- YOU DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING to STAY subscribed to these lists.

- Mail to the old addresses will be forwarded for a while,
  BUT you should start using the new addresses.

  For management stuff (subscribe/unsubscribe):
ns-announce-request@isi.edu
ns-users-request@isi.edu

  To post to the list:
ns-users@isi.edu


To recap how to unsubscribe or subscribe:

To unsubscribe to these lists,
send the word "unsubscribe" in the BODY of the message
to either of
    ns-announce-REQUEST@isi.edu
    ns-users-REQUEST@isi.edu
(Don't send these posts directly to the list [without the -request on
the address].)

For subscribers should send the word "subscribe" in the body
of the message to ns-users-request@isi.edu
(or to ns-announce-request@isi.edu).

If you have trouble subscribing or unsubscribing, "help" or almost
anything other than unsubscribe send to ns-users-REQUEST@isi.edu will
produce a detailed list of instructions, including information about
how to contact the list maintainer.


Archives of the lists will appear
at <http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/archive/> shortly, but we're still
setting up archiving of new messages.
