[ns] ns-simulator make problem

Hi!!

    Any one can help ? I down load some components like version 
Tcl-8.0.4,Tk-8.0.4,tclcl-1.0b9,ns-2.1b6 and otcl-1.0a5 from all the pieces 
on the web.

     I currently have a problem on the ns-simulator on installation.I tried 
to install the ns-simulator on me notebook (window 98). The problem appeared 
on makefile .

  Error
  MNAKE: fatal error U1073 : don't known how to make 'random.o'
  Stop.

   I do appreciate if u can reply me as soon as u can.
