[ns] Instructions on compiling ns-2.1b6 with tcl/tk 8.3.1
Hi,
I compiled ns-2.1b6 with tcl/tk 8.3.1. I thought that this might solve a
problem I was having. It didn't but Haobo's pointers were very useful
- thanks Haobo.
In any case, I wrote down how I compiled ns-2.1b6 with tcl/tk 8.3.1 on my
solaris box. It wasn't very difficult - instructions are at

Haobo pointed out that tcl-debug doesn't work with tcl 8.3.1 so that's one
good reason to stick with tcl/tk 8.0.4, but if you're insistent on using
tcl/tk 8.3.1, then my motes may be helpful.
