Re: [ns] measurement unit of RTT



But I don't think it is correct. Since I met the same problem, even I set
tcp-tick to 0.001, i.e., 1ms, the result is still 1, 2 or 3. While I
remembered in former version of ns, it is close to the rtt propagation
delay in ms.
