[ns] Changes with node-config.

Hi,

We just commited a new API of function "node-config" to support
multiple interfaces for wireless node. It will appear in the tomorrow's
snapshot. 

With this change, you should not use the old API -channelType in your
future simulations, instead you need to create a wireless channel for
nodes and pass it to node-config with -channel. For detailed information,
please have a look at the demo tcl script: wireless-mitf.tcl under
~ns/tcl/ex/. Thanks.

Please note: further work on routing agents is needed to use multiple
interfaces for wireless nodes in simulations.
