[ns] otcl compilation problem

Hi,

I downloaded NS packages separately and successfully compiled tcl and tk
but otcl would not compile.
I'm using SGI (IRIX 6.5).
At first I used cc and then gcc but both failed in similar ways after
creating
the object file for otcl.c:

*** Error code 1 (bu21)

Any suggestions ?
