[ns] Documentation on the new RIO addition in NS-2

Hi,

I downloaded the snapshot of ns that has the RIO code addition.

I read through the test tcl code for RIO, trying to understand how to use it.
I did try to look thru' the mannual by there is no ducumentation on it.

Can anyone tell me how to use it?
