[ns] Trouble using ECN bit

Hi,
	I have three ECN enabled TCP/RENO connections (each having
infinite backlog of data to send) sharing a link. I observe that at times,
some sessions abruptly stop transferring data even when others continue.
The problem does not occur when the connections are not ECN enabled.	
	Could someone suggest what is going on?
