The files "tcl/test/sack.tcl" and "tcl/test/test-sack" are mentioned
in the Fall/Floyd paper, and they can be found in the current
snapshop on NS.  (They might not be in the distribution of several
months ago.)  However, the file "tcl/test/test-all-tcpVariants"
is the most updated file with the scripts to run the simulations
in that paper.
