[ns] not able to compile scheduler.cc

when i try to make, the compiler throws up the following error for
mem-trace.h

In file included from scheduler.cc:49:

mem-trace.h:65: implicit declaration of function `int getrusage(...)'
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `scheduler.o'
Ns make failed!                                                      

Has anyone got this problem before ?
if so (or even other wise if you know what is happenning), please do let
me know.
