[ns] ns snapshot problems.
We are experiencing some trouble installing the august
24 snapshot. We are not sure where to find the
tclPosixStr.patch reffered to in the documentation or
wether if it must be done before the installation.
We'd also like to know if the *.tar must be in the
same directory in wich the ns is, and how exactly to
aply the patch.
